Buttery Herb Sautéed Mushrooms

  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounce mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary (finely chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • salt and pepper
  1. In a medium sized skillet over medium high heat add the butter. Add the mushrooms, thyme, parsley, rosemary, garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Sauté for 3-4 minutes or until they become tender. Garnish with additional chopped parsley if desired.
